Copies of judgments issued by the Circuit Court including names of plaintiffs and defendants signed by judge, court commissioner, or clerk of court (when defendant refused to answer complaint). Includes both civil and criminal cases. Civil cases include disputes over promissory notes and settlement of estates, foreclosures, divorces, etc. Criminal cases include murder, bastardy, assault and battery, and some appeals.
